DCCOM provides commissioning management, primary plant testing, secondary systems protection testing, integration testing, HV switching support and GPS/R2 testing for high-voltage substations, distribution and transmission networks, power stations and renewable energy assets.

CM

Commissioning Management

Leadership and coordination of commissioning activities from pre-commissioning through energisation and operational handover, ensuring safe, efficient and timely project delivery.

QA

Quality & Safety

Development of management systems, management documentation, ITPs, ITRs, test procedures and SWMS to support safe, compliant and auditable project execution.

HV

Primary Plant Commissioning

Site acceptance testing and commissioning of HV primary plant including transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, CTs, VTs, harmonic filters, earthing systems and HV cables.

PR

Protection & Control Systems

Protection relay testing, IEC 61850 integration, SCADA verification, end-to-end scheme testing and system commissioning for transmission, distribution and renewable energy assets.

SW

Switching & Network Operations

HV switching, outage coordination, switching program development, NSP interface management, development of HV Operating Procedures and Safe Systems of Work, and energisation readiness support.

R2

GPS / R2 Compliance Testing

Management, coordination and execution of GPS / R2 compliance testing, including data acquisition and analysis support for grid compliance verification.

DCCOM's team works with Doble, Omicron and specialist primary plant test equipment, and has broad protection relay experience across SEL, Micom/Easergy, GE Multilin, Siemens, Reyrolle, ABB and legacy relay technologies.
